dante-server software package provides SOCKS (v4 and v5) proxy daemon (danted), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dante-server
dante-server is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dante-server package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dante-server *
You will get with dante-server package name, version, architecture and description in a table
